Lumos Response to EC Communication on future ACP – EU relations

Lumos welcomes the publication of the Joint Communication to the European Parliament and the Council - A renewed partnership with the countries of Africa, Caribbean and Pacific. Our response to this is summarised in this paper and suggested amendments to the partnership are proposed.
