Digital Content Assistant 

London - Monument | Salary: £23,000 per annum | Full time - Permanent

Lumos is seeking an enthusiastic Digital Content Assistant with a creative mind and a passion for social media to grow and improve our digital production and coordination of content across all social media channels, and support the wider Communications team needs. This role reports to the Digital & Creative Manager and sits within the Marketing & Communications team.

Grants Officer

London - Monument | Salary: £28,000 per annum | Full time - Permanent

Closing date: 28th February 2018 | Interview date: 7th and 8th March 2018

Reporting to the Grants Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team through research, administration and good data management. This could include researching trustee boards of grant making trusts, identifying corporate prospects and ensuring our reporting processes facilitate strong working relationships with our funder. You will also have responsibility for submitting small grant applications and associated reporting. 

Digital Fundraising Officer

London - Monument | Salary: up £28,000 per annum | Full time - Permanent

Closing date: ongoing

This role will take overarching responsibility for the digital fundraising programme, managing the organisation's Salesforce database and supporting the Head of Digital Engagement to meet ambitious team targets. They will also manage a portfolio of supporters, ensuring they are stewarded effectively, and will keep up-to-date on new and emerging digital fundraising technologies. The post holder will also ensure they develop and retain an understanding of new and ongoing guidelines and legislation with regards to digital fundraising.
