A 5 minute film created by members of a Lumos child participation group in Moldova. The film shows children's experiences in institutional care and their happiness about being reunited with their families. It uses the children's own words and drawings and ends with the children explaining how they have got their voices heard in policy debates, and what further changes they would like to see.
