Leadership and governance
We’re led by a highly experienced executive team, and governed by an independent Board of Trustees.
We operate through a global network of legally registered entities, each with its own governance arrangements and board, working together within a shared mission, strategy, and accountability framework.
Together, our teams are accountable for delivering our mission: to transform care and protection systems so that family-based care is the reality for every single child.
