Senior Programme Fundraising Manager
Location: London, England (hybrid) | Applications close: 21/10/2026
Lumos is seeking an experienced Senior Programme Fundraising Manager to help secure the investment needed to scale its impact for its global programmes, helping more children thrive in safe and loving families. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Fundraising, the role will lead major funding proposals, build relationships with institutional donors and foundations, and strengthen fundraising capacity across country programmes, translating programme strategies into compelling opportunities for lasting systems change.
Working at Lumos
We work to realise every child’s right to grow up in a safe and loving family by transforming care systems around the world. We focus on addressing the root causes of family separation, including poverty, conflict and discrimination, and work with governments, communities and partners to replace institutional care with family and community-based support.
Ambition
Our ambition is bold. By 2036, Lumos will enable 500,000 children in care to grow up in families and help prevent 10 million more children from experiencing family separation. Achieving this requires evidence, innovation, partnership, and a relentless focus on long-term, sustainable change.
How we do this
At Lumos, you’ll work alongside colleagues across multiple countries, cultures, and disciplines, united by a shared commitment to ensuring every child grows up in a safe and loving family. We believe our strongest ideas come from collaboration, and we regularly work across teams and borders to learn from one another, solve complex challenges, and create lasting change.
We are committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and able to contribute. We support flexible and hybrid ways of working wherever possible, recognising that people do their best work when they can balance their professional and personal responsibilities. Above all, you’ll be part of a passionate, supportive team driven by purpose, learning, and impact.
